OFFICE COORDINATOR

We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our fertilizer operations team within the Lankem Agro Cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks in the department including preparation of quotation and coordination with institutional customers.
  • Maintain and update office records, documentation, and filing systems both digitally & physically.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence of the operations of the division.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist management and departments with regular administrative support as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in office coordination, preferably in fertilizer or agriculture operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
