Executive - Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR administrative tasks including contract management, onboarding, offboarding, employee confirmations, and maternity leave communications.
  • Direct the HRO and Infomate teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to employee information and leave balances within the HIVE system.
  • Conduct regular audits of outsourced HR tasks and represent HR in annual internal, external, and ISO audits, ensuring full compliance.
  • Manage the end-to-end medical insurance process for all staff, including weekly claims processing and facilitating parent/top-up covers, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
  • Execute a range of employee engagement activities as per the calendar, including 'Mate Talks' and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Organize staff welfare programs, such as newborn bundles, condolence packs, employee pulse checks, and town hall meetings.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of proven experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR administration processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee record maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in all Sinhala, Tamil and English would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
