BreadTalk Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of service
- Oversee daily/monthly inventory loss control and ordering procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer feedback and maintain guest satisfaction
- Drive corporate and branch sales through promotional activities and excellent service
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B, fast-food, or bakery industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food-safety regulations and service standards
- Hands-on, customer-focused, results-oriented
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (added advantage)
- Age below 35
Benefits
- Attractive salary and allowances: 70,000 – 110,000 LKR
- Sales-target incentives and corporate-sales bonuses
- 6 off-days per month
- Working hours: 6:00am – 7:30pm (shift-based)
