This is an excellent opportunity for a young, enthusiastic individual looking to start their career in the migration and education industry. No prior experience is required – we will train you!
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Support
- Communicate confidently with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Build strong, genuine relationships to understand client goals and provide tailored support
- Assist in converting inquiries into successful business opportunities through timely follow-up and clear communication
- Draft and edit GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) statements with attention to detail
- Help prepare and manage documents for visa and college applications
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
- Schedule consultations and ensure smooth communication throughout the client journey
Requirements
- Based in Sri Lanka with ability to work remotely during Australian business hours (with some flexibility)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using computers, email, and basic office software
- Willingness to learn about Australian migration and education processes
- Prior experience in admin or marketing is a bonus, but not required
