Navik & Jaindi sister companies are well reputed, large scale coconut based food and beverage manufactures and exporters established in 2019 at Pallama, Chilaw. Due to rapid growth and expansion of the company, we are seeking an energetic professional to join with us.

Quality Assurance Executive- Customer Complaints & Compliance

Responsibilities

  • Create and updating SOP document of customer complaint handling.
  • Socialize SOP to all related function, specially to front liner.
  • Receive and record all customer complaint contact at updated form of customer complaint report and informed to respective factory.
  • Follow up and evaluate customer compliant report from plant for complaint closing this including proactive participation on performing root cause analysis and provide corrective action and preventive action with plant team and verify closing of corrective action and preventive action of respective plant through on site visit.
  • Assist in training staff on best practices for implementing corrective action.
  • Supplier auditing.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 passes for G.C.E A/L from Bio Science / Mathematical Science / Agriculture Technology stream.
  • Diploma / Degree in food technology or any other food related recognized institute.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in the relevant field will be added advantages.
  • Proficient in communication skills in English, both fluency in spoken and written.
  • Age below 35 years.
