Your Role with us:

  • Manage the recruitment process, to ensure timely and effective hiring of top talent
  • Ensure smooth HR administration by handling employee records, documentation, and day-to-day operational support in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Plan and coordinate impactful training and development initiatives to support employee growth, skill enhancement, and organizational capability building
  • Lead employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance team collaboration
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and reputation as an employer of choice

  • A team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience or interest in recruitment, HR operations, and training
