Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.
  • Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPP) is a plus.
