Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle high-end customers.
- Knowledge of luxury retail trends and market demands.
- Basic Inventory management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
Jewelry and gemstone knowledge will be a significant advantage.
