Head of Modern Trade / Key Account Managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate sales growth, maximize product availability, and enhance visibility at POP.
- Manage key accounts and build strong partnerships with modern trade customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of promotions, merchandising, and trade activities.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead a team and ensure effective field execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in modern trade is a must.
- Strong understanding of modern trade operations and key account management.
- Excellent public relations and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen.
- Experience working in a multinational company will be a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
We're looking for a self-motivated individual with strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills, along with the ability to work independently and meet targets, are essential.
