JOB PROFILE
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional to join our Crew Management team. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end crew management of assigned vessels and principals, while building and maintaining strong relationships with seafarers and key stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A Degree or Diploma in Shipping, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline
- A self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Prior experience in crew management or crew supply at an executive level or similar capacity
