Accounts Executive

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in Accounting roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic taxation and audit experience.
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Team work skill.
  • Knowledge in accounting software packages Quick book and accpack.
  • Coordinate and work with auditors and other regulatory bodies to ensure all statutory reports are prepared in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of the monthly financial statements.
  • Liaising with bank and other external and internal parties to ensure smooth operation of the finance division.
  • Age 30-35.
