OPERATIONS MANAGER

The position would involve being responsible for managing the overall operations of the organization that includes program, Finance, Human Resource and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of advocacy campaigns, mental health initiatives, and flagship programs.
  • Oversee financial operations, including project budgets, invoicing, bank reconciliations, procurement, and financial reporting.
  • Design and manage a robust volunteer program that supports initiatives.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of volunteers.
  • Take ownership of logistics for both internal and external events, including workshops, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational workflows, policies, and tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and impact.
  • Supervise administrative staff, interns, and volunteers, cultivating a culture of shared purpose, accountability, and empowerment.

Candidate Profile

  • This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure that the key operational aspects of the organization run smoothly, supporting the organization's mental health advocacy mission.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience and experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and management experience is required.
