OPERATIONS MANAGER
The position would involve being responsible for managing the overall operations of the organization that includes program, Finance, Human Resource and Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of advocacy campaigns, mental health initiatives, and flagship programs.
- Oversee financial operations, including project budgets, invoicing, bank reconciliations, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Design and manage a robust volunteer program that supports initiatives.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of volunteers.
- Take ownership of logistics for both internal and external events, including workshops, conferences, and community engagements.
- Continuously assess and improve operational workflows, policies, and tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and impact.
- Supervise administrative staff, interns, and volunteers, cultivating a culture of shared purpose, accountability, and empowerment.
Candidate Profile
- This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure that the key operational aspects of the organization run smoothly, supporting the organization's mental health advocacy mission.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience and experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and management experience is required.
