Senior Executive – MIS (ERP Consultant)
Scope
Selected candidate is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decision-making. Their role includes developing and maintaining databases, generating reports, automating processes, and ensuring data accuracy. Work closely with different departments to optimize workflows, implement software solutions, and enhance system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Understand functional aspect of the ERP System.
- Ensure ERP software runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and oversee solutions for shortcomings.
- Simplify business processes to improve productivity.
- Follow best practices and maintain overall responsibility for all project deliverables.
- Directly engage with the core team / users for requirement analysis and clarifications.
- Closely work with the development team for new developments and customizations.
- Liaising with end-users to troubleshoot issues.
- Evaluate other solutions and identify integration options with main ERP.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong functional knowledge in ERP.
- 3-4 years of experience in ERP software.
- Basic Knowledge of DBMS.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
