About the Role
We are seeking a Junior No-Code Automation Specialist to support our growing task agency operations. This role involves creating automated workflows, managing data processes, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency across client projects and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Process Design
- Build and maintain automated workflows using no-code platforms (n8n, Zapier, etc.).
- Design process flows for recurring client tasks and internal operations.
- Create automated client onboarding and task assignment sequences.
- Develop quality control checkpoints within automated processes.
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously from conception to deployment.
- Coordinate with team members to identify automation opportunities.
- Knowledge on Project management tools such as Clickup, Notion or others.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Maintain project documentation and process maps.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and status updates.
AI Integration & Optimization
- Implement AI-powered tools for task categorization and routing.
- Optimize ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI integrations within workflows.
- Research and test new AI applications for task agency operations.
- Monitor AI performance and adjust parameters for optimal results.
Data Management & Analysis
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client databases.
- Create automated data collection and reporting systems.
- Generate performance dashboards and client reports.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all platforms.
- Handle data migration and system integrations.
Client Support & Operations
- Support client task management through automated systems.
- Monitor automated processes for errors and performance issues.
- Provide technical support for automation-related client inquiries.
- Assist in scaling operations through improved automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with no-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Notion).
- Previous work in operations, consulting, or service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and data flows.
- Experience with process documentation and standard operating procedures.
