We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive – Business Partnering to join our Human Resources team. This role will work closely with various business units to align HR initiatives with strategic goals, drive employee engagement, and support the overall effectiveness of our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the hiring team to manage staffing needs and support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws by coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to all HR activities and Organizational Development efforts.
Requirements
- Part or fully qualified in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
- 1–3 years experience in HR preferably in a business partnering role.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and familiar with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
- Willing to travel to company locations outside Colombo.
