Manager/Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing – Ceyoka (Pvt) Ltd.
Ceyoka, a leader in innovative solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to drive sales and marketing initiatives in our rapidly growing Flavours Division.
Job Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry for Ceyoka's flavour portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored flavour solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for the Flavours Division.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Ceyoka's flavour offerings and network with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging flavour trends.
- Contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing plans.
Candidate Profile:
- Age above 28 years.
- Living within 01-hour commute to Peliyagoda will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably within the food, beverage, or flavour ingredients industry. – Prior experience related to the tea industry will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
