JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (BSc. Eng.) having proven experience in construction management, preferably in building projects, strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations, excellent project management and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment to join our construction project team in Watawala.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule. Your duties will include:
- Planning and supervising the construction activities
- Quality control and assurance
- Checking contractors' bills
- Coordinating with contractor, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
