HR EXECUTIVE - MALE/FEMALE
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to junior HR staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handle payroll inputs and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training program and HR related meetings.
- Handle employee queries on HR policies and support disciplinary processes while coordination with relevant external authorities when needed.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field with a professional qualification (PQHRM/CIPM or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy and fluency in English.
- Age between 30-45 yrs.
- Excellent communication, coordination and a proactive responsible mindset.
