OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sunrise Consortium (Pvt) Ltd, an established group of companies based in Kandy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency across all business functions to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets effectively, control expenses, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Improve process efficiency through continuous evaluation and innovation.
- Lead and coordinate teams to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high customer service standards and operational excellence.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in process optimization, cost management, and team leadership.
- Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
