We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Professional Associate attached to the Department of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining laboratories in clean and organized condition.
- Purchasing laboratory items adhering to proper procedures.
- Ensuring proper waste management practices are followed in the labs.
- Providing support during laboratory sessions and research activities.
- Contributing to faculty-assigned extracurricular activities and providing assistance as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
- Prior experience in a laboratory or in the education sector will be considered as an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety and hygiene protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
