Join our Team as a Senior Executive - Garment Technologist
Location - Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with your external parties.
- Managing development production from order placement to garment delivery.
- Follow up the production on daily basis and pushing factory to meet delivery on time.
- Follow up critical path and ensure planned sample delivery dates are achieved.
- Weekly Critical Path correspondence with the factory and customer.
- Factory capacity allocation and management.
- Responsible for adhering to company guidelines to communicating with customers and suppliers.
- Flexibility of product knowledge - Kids to adults/Active to Casual/Woven to Jersey/Non-Wash to Wash/Core line to fashion.
- Arrange operation guidelines for core product/standard constructions to be improve SMV, minimize production learning time as well as defects, rejections during bulk production.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the industry with experience of bulk production (specialized in woven products).
- Relevant Degree or professional qualification.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Both verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation and Analytical skills.
- Ability to cope with pressure.
- Should have Leadership/Teamwork & Numerical Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & knowledge on ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of global manufacturing and operations capabilities.
