Dreamron Group of companies is in the business of manufacturing and marketing a wide range of quality Professional Cosmetics, Hair Care, Skin Care, Toiletries products and making inroads into the Perfume market to extend its product portfolio for more aggressive growth. It's 120,000 sqft manufacturing facility and office complex is located in a 10 acre land with two plants certified by GMP, ISO 9001-2015 - one plant is dedicated to exports with BOI approval and another for local brand manufacturing and 3rd party contract manufacturing. The group has 4 business entities namely; Kindai Kagaku Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Harumi Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Dreamron Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and Dreamron College of Art and Beauty. The group employs over 650 people. Currently Dreamron products are marketed in over 20 countries and the group is specialized in manufacturing OEM brands and Private labels for several leading global cosmetic and toiletries brands. Dreamron has a very dominant market position in the local professional Cosmetic market with a wide range of solutions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for Modern Trade Business Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase volume and revenue share through our Modern Trade Channel partners. With a passion for success and a drive to exceed expectations, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team of sales professionals.

Key Job Responsibilities include

  • Collect and analyze market and competitor data to make informed decisions regarding channel partner strategies.
  • Manage relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and sales growth including new listing of products & SKUs.
  • Negotiate and manage channel partner contracts and agreements.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities.

Required Qualifications & Job Skills

  • Fully or partial professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
  • 5 years of experience in Modern Trade Channel Management or similar senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, Modern Trade and its market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, sales contract management & advanced negotiation skills.
