Job Profile

  • Install and Configure OS and Software in Laptops/Desktops/Servers
  • Troubleshoot software Issues.
  • Software/IT Support for local customers which require onsite support at Customer premises
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Hardware and Software issues in Laptops/Desktops.
  • Maintain and Repair Laptops and Desktops.
  • Configure and maintain computer networks, ensuring connectivity, and addressing network-related problems such as internet connectivity issues, LAN/WAN problems, and firewall configurations.
  • Perform day-to-day IT support activities.
  • Identity and Access Management.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Systems / IT or NVQ Level 5-6 (ICT).
  • Internship or work experience in similar job profile roles will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work extended hours if Required
