- Age below 50
- Strong computer literacy - Ms Excel and other office applications
- Proven hands-on experience in team and people management is essential
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) is required
- Experience in handling GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Solid working knowledge of ERP system
- Great team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
