SECURITY OFFICER
Access Realties (Pvt) Ltd a fully owned subsidiary of Access Engineering PLC, the leading value engineering solutions provider in Sri Lanka is pleased to invite applications for the following position
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Determine the extent of the premises and equipment within the premises and take precautionary actions to prevent any accident or damage due to fire, theft, sabotage, unsafe working methods etc.
- Ensure all important / critical areas of the premises are checked routinely.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the parking areas and ensure the duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and implement improvements needed for the security operations.
- Prevent unauthorized repair work / construction / modification or display of banners / posters / pennants within the premises either by company employees or tenants.
- Assist the maintenance department when operating fire alarm panel, CCTV, PA system etc.
- Attend the day-to-day security functions.
Requirements
- GCE A/L
- Minimum 04 years’ experience as Senior Security Officer in Private security sector/similar field.
- Retired military officer with unblemished service record are encourage to apply.
- High-level of PR and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a minimum supervision.
- Certificate / Diploma in Health and safety would be a definite advantage.
- Age Limit – Below 45.
