We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, experienced, and service-driven individuals to join our growing operation. If you have a passion for customer service, strong operational knowledge, and a desire to work in a dynamic hospitality environment - this opportunity is for you.
CASHIER
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Strong operational knowledge in restaurant cashiering, POS systems and daily cash balancing.
- Knowledge in GRN (Goods Received Note) handling will be an added advantage.
- Friendly, well-presented, and reliable personality.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Cashier in a reputed Restaurant/ Cafe or Hotel.
- Preferred age between 25 - 40 years. (Male/ Female)
WAITER/ WAITRESS
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Strong upselling skills to promote menu items and specials.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints politely.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must. Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Strong operational knowledge in guest handling, order taking, and table service.
- Preferred age between 25 - 35 years. (Male/ Female)
