Female candidate
Key Responsibilities
- Client relationship management
- Product knowledge and promotion
- Achieve sales targets
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Site visits and inspections
- Market & competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Sales reporting and documentation
- Attend industry events
Qualifications
Educational qualifications
- Minimum: G. C. E. A/L (advanced level) or equivalent.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor's degree in: (marketing/business management/sales & distribution/commerce or relevant fields)
Professional skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of the products/services offered (especially in industry-specific roles like construction or real estate).
Language & Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil (as per the region or target market).
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience (optional but preferred)
- 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles.
- Experience in construction materials, retail, or service sales is an added advantage.
