- Support servers, O365, cloud, network & backups
- Maintain systems, software & upgrades
- Monitor performance & prevent issues
- Ensure asset tracking & security compliance
- Coordinate with vendors & internal teams
Requirements
- Server infrastructure hardware knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic networking principles and technologies.
- Knowledge of Office 365 applications.
