FIELD SALES MANAGER
Who we are looking for?
- Identify and engage qualified dealers/distributors in priority regions to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with dealers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through joint business planning and regional marketing support.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dealers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct regular training sessions for dealers and their sales teams on product knowledge, sales strategies, and operational best practices.
- Collect and report insights on competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer preferences, and regional market trends.
- Track and evaluate dealer performance, address underperformance, and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and market feedback; submit timely weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
- Ability to work under SFA system.
He should have
- Sound knowledge in FMCG or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or dealer management in FMCG market.
- Strong understanding of field sales dynamics and distribution models.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Island.
- Remuneration package is negotiable.
