We are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated Customer Service Representatives (DPO) to join us on our journey in advancing global brand transformation. You will be responsible for helping to drive the development of an excellent working climate within the function.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Associate Manager - Billing. This role will be responsible to manage a team of billing representatives, within the Base Billing Center of Excellence, to achieve business objectives while maintaining an environment with focus on customer satisfaction and professional customer support.
Major Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an environment with intense focus on delivering timely and accurate billing.
- Lead team to identify and acquire key inputs required to resolve errors and enable invoice processing.
- Create a culture that focuses on customer satisfaction and professional customer support, balanced with consistent achievement of standard business objectives.
- Drive improvements in business processes and ensures optimal resource utilization and audit compliant administrative process and strategy.
- Coach, provide direction and enforce policies/standards to help the team achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Domain Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
- BS/BA from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years previous management experience with “back office” support for banking or other financial institution.
- Able to read and interpret documents, coach employees to effectively write routine correspondence with internal/external customers.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate strong quantitative & analytical skills.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities.
- Strong facilitation & change management skills.
- Team & action-oriented self-starter.
- Demonstrate leadership attributes; customer driven approach, cross functional teamwork, decision making, strategic implementation & management of operational performance.
Remarks:
- Location - THE OFFICES - Cinnamon Life, 130 Glenie St, Colombo 00200, Sri Lanka
- Shift Timing - 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Standard Shift Timing). Reporting manager will notify if there is any deviation in shift timing in advance.
- Working Days – Monday – Friday with Weekend Off (Standard) – If there is any urgent client requirement, you will be asked to extend support during the weekends with the mutual understanding.
- Working Calendar – Has to work as per the assigned specific client calendar.
