OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Proven background in Hotel HR or Hospitality Operations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or hotel operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and result-driven

RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • A higher diploma or diploma in HRM or related field
  • Follow up recruitment needs in the organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English language both verbal & written
  • Great personality and positive mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum A/L qualification (diploma is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Familiarity with office equipment and data programs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
