Forsyn International (Private) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Cool Planet group. Under the brand names of XIMI VOGUE/ NICK NACK, we are operating with four showrooms currently with Korean- Styled fast fashion products. We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team in Head office for below mentioned position.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER
Job Profile
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity and seasonal themes.
- Design, plan, and execute in-store displays and window setups across all retail outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing, buying, and store teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product placement.
- Train and guide store staff on visual standards and display execution.
- Ensure consistency in store presentation and visual merchandising standards across locations.
- Monitor online sales and being responsible in achieving the online sales target.
- Monitor competitor trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance visual appeal.
- Plan and manage budgets related to props, materials, and visual display elements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts and optimize based on customer engagement and sales performance.
Candidate Criteria
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity and seasonal themes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
- Strong eye for design, color, and spatial arrangements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in visual design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to multiple store locations and work flexible hours when needed.
