CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS AND ENSURING THEIR NEEDS ARE MET IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on flexible hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Providing information about products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
