CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS AND ENSURING THEIR NEEDS ARE MET IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing information about products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
