Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols
Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and O365 management
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux
Relevant certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or Azure certifications will be considered an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware/software
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices
Perform regular security monitoring to detect and respond to potential intrusions
Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly, and update administrative tools and utilities
Maintain accurate system documentation and inventory records
Collaborate with IT staff to plan and implement system upgrades and improvements
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Monitor and maintain UPS systems and access control systems
Proactively monitor CCTV, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems, resolve connectivity issues, and ensure 100% uptime
Communicate and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of network and IT infrastructure
