Operation Executive
Gender: Male
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a star-class hotel as F&B Executive or higher, strong background in Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Food & Beverage and Front Office Operations.
- Report directly to the Hotel Manager as the second in command.
- Manage day-to-day operations.
Front Office Supervisor
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel.
- Experience with reputed Property Management systems (PMS) is a plus.
Receptionist (Female)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel. Experience with reputed PMS is a plus.
F&B Supervisor
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel. Knowledge in Handling Bar Operation is a must.
F&B Waiter / Waitress
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel.
Senior Chef De Partie / Soue Chef
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel. Specialization in hot range with working knowledge in cold range. Will be head of the department and reporting to Hotel Manager.
Commis I - Pastry & Bakery
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel.
