FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
JOB SCOPE:
F&B Manager will be responsible to oversee, manage, direct and control the food & beverages operation, quality of execution, standards of service, guest satisfaction, colleagues’ performance, projects, preventive maintenance (in collaboration with maintenance team), quality of food & beverages, financial performance of F&B outlets, HACCP control & implementation.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful proven experience in managing Food & Beverage department of luxury Hotels/Resorts is essential. Experience in Maldives and All-Inclusive operations will be preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Innovative in creating a memorable F&B experience for the guest and proven track record of F&B event management.
- Excellent leadership qualities with ability to manage a diverse team.
- Able to communicate fluently in English. Additional languages will be a plus.
- Empathetic, team builder, extraversion and task oriented.
- Able to work in a remote location.
- Single basis only.
