We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Head of Institute. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a dynamic and fast-paced academic environment.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Institute.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings with efficiency and discretion.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and official communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
