JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - OUTBOUND (TRAVELS)
Qualifications:
- Handle inquiries and bookings of airline tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow-up with the clients and maintain accurate booking records.
- Stay updated on airline policies and travel trends.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound travel operations.
- A diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or ticketing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GDS systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for travel and being a good team player.
