Motha Confectionery Works (Pvt) Ltd., the undisputed leader in Sri Lanka’s Dessert and Beverage Mixes and Baking Ingredients products with a respected history of more than 60 years, is looking for self-motivated individual to join their ISO 22000 certified production facility in Bollatha, Ganemulla.

Junior Executive – Quality Assurance in
- Assist with in-process quality assurance activities according to ISO 22000:2018, GMP, SLS
- Manage in-process quality control activities related to in process products, finished products, intermediate and manufacturing facilities.
- Section-wise document handling and record keeping according to the FSMS of company.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assessment on incoming raw materials and packing materials.
- Collaborating with production team for continual improvements.
- Preparing quality analysis reports based on the recorded data and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Conduct internal calibrations as per the annual calibration plan.
Candidates Profile
- Bachelor’s degree / Higher diploma from a recognized university.
- Minimum one-two years of experience in quality assurance & compliance in food manufacturing Industry.
- Hands-on experience in ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, GMP, SLS certificates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility and can-do attitude to work autonomously.
Remuneration package is negotiable and will be on par with the industry standards.
