ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Support in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine marketing plans.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective promotional activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update management on marketing progress and results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age below 40 years.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both local languages and English; fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with the ability to handle challenges and work under pressure.
- A valid driving license is required.
