Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

To assist the Financial Controller in ensuring that Finance department is run efficiently and in line with the standards and procedures of the resort and Planhotel Hospitality Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prepare and oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, internal policies, and financial regulations. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff. Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of accounting operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. Good communication and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
