Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross-functional activities across various business units.
- Analyze business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team leaders and senior managers to support strategic planning and execution.
- Organize meetings, take meeting minutes and circulate minutes.
- Prepare detailed reports and insightful presentations.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a strong alignment with company values and culture.
Candidate Profile:
- Part Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Recent graduate with 2 years of work experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in team settings.
- Adaptable, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
