Arana Yala, a luxury colonial hotel in close proximity to Yala National Park, is seeking passionate culinary leaders and a dedicated property manager for our "farm-to-fork" dining experience.
WE ARE HIRING:
- HEAD CHEF
Lead and inspire our kitchen, design innovative local & international menus, and manage all culinary operations. Requires proven leadership experience in a 4/5-star setting and a passion for fresh, local ingredients.
- CHEF DE PARTIE
Manage a kitchen section to the highest standard, assist in menu creation, and contribute to a dynamic team. Requires prior experience, strong technical skills, and a desire to grow.
- PROPERTY MANAGER
Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff management, and facility maintenance. Requires proven experience in hospitality management, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.
