We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Maldivian, Indonesian, Burmese, Kazak, Kyrgyzstani talents for the following positions:
BARTENDER
SALARY MVR 6,168 – 6,939
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
- Engage with customers and provide them with recommendations on drinks and food pairings
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Developing new cocktail recipes
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
- Working as a waiter when required

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Additional languages especially Russian is an added advantage
