TICKETING & TOUR OPERATING EXECUTIVES (MALE & FEMALE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling flight ticket reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds
- Assisting customers with travel planning and itinerary customization
- Coordinating and managing inbound & outbound tour packages
- Negotiating with airlines, hotels, and transport providers for the best deals
- Providing excellent customer service and handling travel documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- IATA Certification (Foundation / Consultant / GDS Training) – Mandatory
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ticketing & tour operations
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Strong knowledge of international and local travel regulations
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala/Tamil
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
