VEHICLE SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Mitsubishi Flagship Showroom Colombo 02 - United Motors Lanka PLC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and engage customers at the Mitsubishi showroom with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal Mitsubishi vehicle solution.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, features, financing, and promotional offers.
- Manage the full sales process—from inquiry to delivery.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and after-sales care.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, service, admin) for seamless customer experience.
- Ensure the showroom is always attractive, organized, and customer-ready.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Candidates with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong sales drive with a passion for automobiles.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
