Operations Executive
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating with internal & external teams to ensure accuracy and seamless workflow
- Double-checking data, calculations, and documents to make sure everything’s on point
- Supporting the Travel Sales team with invoice-related tasks and finance follow-ups
- Using travel systems and internal platforms with confidence (we love a tech pro!)
- Playing the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps our sales-finance flow glitch-free
You’ll Thrive If You:
- Just graduated (or about to) in Finance, Business, Travel & Tourism, or similar
- Have 1-2 years experience or exposure in a travel agency or tour operations environment (internships count!)
- Are comfortable working with numbers, documents, and digital tools
- Know your way around invoicing, finance follow-ups, or admin work
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and love making sure everything adds up
- Have good English skills (written + spoken) and can communicate with ease!
- Are a quick learner who’s curious, collaborative, and always ready to figure things out
