Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help with HR documentation and database management
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Support daily administrative HR tasks
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eager to learn and grow in the HR field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
