Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help with HR documentation and database management
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Support daily administrative HR tasks

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
