Corporate Communications Design Consultant (Part-time)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, graphic design, or related fields.
- Proven ability to create professional presentation templates, branded collateral, and social media content.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and layout design.
- Exceptional attention to detail in document formatting and language presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-quality templates for corporate presentations, investor decks, reports, and internal communications.
- Review and enhance the formatting of business and technical documents for clarity, structure, and professionalism.
- Lead content creation and visual design for external communications, including social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn), newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with brand guidelines and support a cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to translate strategic goals and project updates into polished visual materials.
- Develop frameworks for internal communications that improve information flow and document consistency.
- Support proposal writing and stakeholder presentations by developing visual storytelling assets.
