Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on integrating Built-In Quality (BIQ) throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
- Apply the 7 Quality Tools effectively to enhance and maintain quality in production.
- Implement rigorous testing and audit procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure timely and effective product delivery by aligning with customer specifications and adhering to SOPs and STWs.
- Achieve First Time Through (FTT) for all styles, enabling smooth production flow.
- Monitor SPC and lead fact-based problem-solving through regular quality-related meetings.
- Identify key projects, assign sprint masters, and plan for standardization and process improvement.
- Review 3-month loading plans, critical paths, and KPIs to address gaps and ensure success.
- Minimize the cost of quality and ensure zero customer complaints through effective project management.
- Oversee NPI implementation, manage skill matrices for auditors, and ensure quality KPIs are met.
Qualifications and Experience
- More than two-years experience in similar capacity.
- Diploma / Degree in textile technology or in relevant field would be an added advantage.
- Sewing and Bonding capability would be an added advantage.
- A team player who drives towards excellence with determined and proactive outlook.
